Dress is collarless and sleeveless and features a striped torso with an empire waist, basque style panel. Waist is nipped and the midi skirt is a voluminous circle! Closes with a zipper at center rear. Skirt section is lined in a cream mesh underskirt giving the dress extra flounce
Matching blue jacket has three-quarters sleeves, is cropped at the chest, and features a prominent, fold down collar. Closes with white buttons at center - sailor style. Also unlined.
